Water Slide
The Surf Ranch has the largest fiberglass water slide in Nicaragua. The water slide is free for all guests and visitors to use. If you are visiting the resort for the day you will need to only pay for food and drinks. The water slide can be used by adults and kids. The water slide connects the top restaurant to the pool and swim up bar.

Skateboarding
The Surf Ranch skateboard park is the largest and best designed skatepark in the country of Nicaragua. It is a street style park with handrails, ledges, banks, hips, manual boxes, step ups, quarter pipes, and banks to ledges & rails. It is designed for beginners, intermediate and pros. At the reception you can rent skateboards. In between skating you can also eat at the restaurant, or chill at the swim up bar. Skateboard Rentals & Lessons available.

Surfing
We strive in offering the best surf experience and lessons in Nicaragua. We offer daily shuttles to the surf beaches, board rentals & lessons. Our surf lessons include private instruction from professional Nicaraguan surfers. Lessons include transportation, surf board and private instruction. We guarantee that you will learn how to stand up on your surf board, the very first day.

Splash Pad Water Park
The Splash pad is the first of its kind in Nicaragua. It is pirate themed and has a small waterslide as well as a treasure chest that shoots water, as well as palm trees, the ship itself and also a barrel that fills up and splashes every 5 minutes. There is a seating area for adults, within eye site of the bar and has it's own speaker system connected to the main pool area. A great addition for families and children, as well as birthday parties.
Volleyball
There is a sand volleyball court at the resort. It is located in between the condos and the swimming pool. Volleyball is free for all guests and visitors. Ask at the reception or bar for the volleyball and they will be more than happy to provide it to you.

Rock Climbing
The Surf Ranch Rock Wall is the 1st in Nicaragua. Our main package is $10 per person, which includes: entry, use of wall, helmet, chalk bag with chalk, shoes, harness, belay device, rope, carabiner, and a quick training brief on how to climb. It will also include our rockclimbing staff to belay you and give you tips while you climb, if you need it.

Private Gym
The Surf Ranch Hotel & Resort has a private gym available for resort guests only. It is free to use, just simply ask the reception for the key. The gym is private and includes everything you need for a great work out including a treadmill, bike, weights of all sizes, exercise ball, yoga mats and blocks and a weight machine. There is also a private bathroom in the gym.

Massage
We have an on site massage here at the Surf Ranch, you can choose to get it done anywhere at the resort, including your room. Different types of massages are available, including Thai, Swiss, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and relaxing massages for 1 hour. Please book at the reception and allow travel time for the masseuse to arrive.
