Bed or bedroom?
Separate beds work for friends happy to share one room. Separate rooms or bedrooms work better for different bedtimes, private calls or couples travelling together.

SURF RANCH · SAN JUAN DEL SUR
Start with two questions. How many beds do you need, and who wants a separate bedroom? Here’s how the standard queen, standard twin, condo and villa work at Surf Ranch.

ONE QUEEN BED
If both guests want the same bed, choose the standard queen. It sleeps up to two. Solo travelers can book it for one and keep the second side of the bed for themselves.
You have your own bathroom, A/C and Wi-Fi. A direct stay includes breakfast, and the pool, waterslide, skatepark and gym are available whichever room type you choose. Pick a larger unit when you want extra sleeping or living space.

TWO INDIVIDUAL BEDS
For two friends on a surf trip, choose the standard twin option. Each person has a bed, and the room and bathroom are shared. If one of you wants a door to close for calls or an early night, compare two standards or a villa with separate bedrooms.
In the room search, enter both guests and look for the twin configuration by name. A queen listing has one shared bed. If twins don’t appear for your dates, ask reception about options before paying.

THREE OR FOUR GUESTS
A standard room accommodates two. For three or four people who want to stay in one unit, a condo has two queen beds and a private patio. Four guests who choose it should agree on who shares each queen.
A villa accommodates up to four in two bedrooms and has a rooftop terrace. If you want separate sleeping areas but somewhere to sit together, look through the villa photos. For larger groups, search the full party and plan the room split before booking.

Choose breakfast included if you’ll be out for lunch and dinner. All-inclusive is available across room categories. Keep dates and guest counts the same when comparing totals.
For step-free access, a specific floor or neighboring units, contact reception before reserving. Let them check the particular unit for your dates.
