01 · SAVE THE LOCATION
Use this pin for the San Juan del Sur property when sharing directions with a driver or another guest. Downtown and the town beach are separate destinations. The map opens at the resort, near Las Delicias.

02 · THE LAST PART OF THE DRIVE
Surf Ranch is roughly 3 km from downtown San Juan del Sur. The coastal road connects the town and Remanso areas; the resort is inland from that road. Follow the resort pin for the turn inland and allow extra time for the final approach.
The last half-kilometer is a compacted road. Keep the resort pin open through this stretch. If road conditions concern you after rain, contact reception before leaving town for the current approach.
Ask reception about the approachFree private parking is available at the resort. On arrival, go to reception to check in and ask where to park and unload for your assigned room, condo or villa.
Share the coordinates before pickup and confirm that the drop-off is at Surf Ranch. If cars in your group arrive separately, give all drivers the same pin and share your expected arrival time with reception.

Go to reception with the reservation name and stay dates. Keeping the confirmation handy helps the team find the right booking, especially if your group reserved several units. Reception can point you toward your room and help with questions about the property.
Early check-in depends on room availability. Ask on your arrival day whether your room can be ready earlier. If you need a fixed plan before the room is ready, ask reception which options apply to your reservation.
See room and arrival detailsContact the SJDS team before you arrive. Share the reservation name, date, expected time and a way to reach you. Ask for the arrival instructions that apply to your booking and wait for the team’s reply.
Email the SJDS booking teamCheckout is by 12 noon. If you have a driver, confirm the pickup point and time in advance. For a flight, work backward from the airport arrival time you need and confirm the road transfer separately.

04 · BEFORE YOU DRIVE
The resort is inland, between the town and Playa Remanso. For check-in use the resort coordinates above. For dinner on the malecón or a surf lesson at the beach, plan a separate outing.
Give each driver the resort pin. If the first arrivals are not the people who made the booking, tell reception the reservation name and who is arriving first so the team can confirm check-in arrangements.
Send the reservation name, arrival date and revised estimated arrival. If a transfer has been arranged, update the driver or transfer team as well.
