Driving Directions
If you are driving, you will be coming from 1 of 2 directions. Either coming up from the Costa Rica Border, or down the Pan American highway from Managua or the airport. The route is pretty straight forward to get to San Juan Del Sur. Once entering San Juan Del Sur, you will pass the largest shopping store called "Pali" which will be on your left. Shortly after you will take the first left hand turn you see (there is a Surf Ranch sign), follow that road for 1km. You will pass a baseball field, cemetary, then a school. After the school, the road takes a sharp right, then take your first instant left turn (there is another Surf Ranch sign). From here on, the road is compacted gravel. Follow the road through the valley and jungle for 1km until you pull up to the Surf Ranch Hotel & Resort on your right side. Parking is free and secure. Check in, unpack and let the fun begin!
