A team lunch
Give a seated head count, the meal time and how long you need the table. If people need to hear a presentation, ask whether a suitable area can be reserved and what equipment you would have to bring.

SURF RANCH · GROUP EVENTS
A reserved table for lunch, a pool day for a team and exclusive use of a space are three different requests. Start with who is coming, where they need to meet and how private the gathering needs to be.
THE FIRST DECISION
For a casual pool outing, the day-pass map shows which cabanas and tables are available. Large cabanas hold about 10–12 people. For a confidential team conversation, an evening program or a space for the group alone, describe the area and hours in an inquiry and ask reception to confirm the arrangement.

Give a seated head count, the meal time and how long you need the table. If people need to hear a presentation, ask whether a suitable area can be reserved and what equipment you would have to bring.

Choose a meeting spot before inviting guests. Volleyball or pool time can fit after lunch. Confirm activity availability, whether an extra charge applies, and who will accompany children in the water.

Name the exact hours and ask what the resort could reserve exclusively. Include setup and finish time, the number staying overnight and the number leaving that day. Ask about sound, decorations and a rain option before advertising them.
WORKED EXAMPLE
For twelve adults and four children aged 2–12, plan two seating areas unless reception confirms one suitable space. Look at the map before telling guests which cabana to use. Give late arrivals a contact person who can meet them away from the water.
Meet at the confirmed table or cabana. One organizer checks arrivals and introduces the plan. A second organizer can place the group order and keep track of the food and drink credit.
Give everyone a time to return to the table after swimming or volleyball. If you need a discussion without interruptions, include that requirement when you ask about private space.
Check the remaining credit before the last round of orders. Confirm which guests are staying overnight and who is leaving with each driver. Change the times in this example to match the visit you actually reserve.

COSTS & CONFIRMATION
With the ordinary day pass, twelve adults × US$15 plus four children × US$10 equals US$220. The whole payment goes toward food and drinks on the visit date. Orders above the credit cost extra; unused credit expires that day. The day-pass page shows the spaces for your selected date.
For an exclusive space, ask for a written reply naming the area, hours, private-use charge, food arrangement, optional activities, taxes and payment terms. Also ask who may use the surrounding pool or grounds. The US$220 example covers the standard day passes only.

For a company outing, choose Corporate / Team retreat on the group form. For another kind of private event, choose Other and describe it. Include your date and an alternative, times, adult and child counts, seats, privacy needs, dietary requests and overnight rooms. Sending the form requests a proposal. Reception confirms availability and booking terms before the group commits.
